We store data related to the end device in order to create use statistics, for example, or to identify and trace unauthorised attempts to access our web servers. We only create profiles regarding the use of our website in anonymised form and only to improve user navigation and optimise our products and services. We do not create or process behaviour profiles relating to a specific person from the aforementioned information.
c. Deletion of data
The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. In the case of the collection of data for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended.
d. Data recipients
For the construction of the website, we cooperate with the service provider Kuubiik Pte Ltd. This service provider has access to all data on our servers including the data described under III.1.a. The service provider is based in Singapore and the data is hosted by a third-party provider in Australia.

Personal information may be collected directly from you from your interaction with us through our online contact form or when subscribing to online newsletter subscriptions. In some cases, we may collect your information indirectly, for example, if another person includes your information when completing our online forms. 4. Overseas recipients
Some of your personal information may be disclosed to recipients outside New Zealand:
- Vimeo may gain access to your personal information, in particular your IP address. Vimeo is based in the USA.
- Kuubiik Pte Ltd, a service provider from Singapore, receives access to data as described under III 1d
- Aquila Clean Energy APAC Pte Ltd, one of our affiliates may receive access to your personal information. Aquila Clean Energy APAC Pte Ltd is based in Singapore.
5. Vimeo
Our website may use plugins from Vimeo to integrate and display video content. If so, the provider of the video portal is Vimeo Inc. (USA). When calling a page with an integrated Vimeo plugin, a connection to the servers of Vimeo is established and Vimeo may set its own cookies. This will tell Vimeo which of our pages you have accessed. Vimeo will know your IP address even if you are not logged in to the video portal or do not have an account there. The information collected by Vimeo is transmitted to servers of the video portal in the USA.
Vimeo can assign your surfing behaviour directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out beforehand.
