Construction activity in Edgecumbe is increasing as works progress onsite.

You may notice more frequent use of heavy machinery such as piling rigs and excavators. This may result in some noise and vibration. Ongoing noise monitoring will be in place.

All work will comply with approved noise limits under the following consents:

• RM24-0383-AP (Earthworks/Excavation)
• LV -2024-9368-01 (Land Use/Subdivision)

Noise & Vibration Management Measures Include:

• Designated loading/unloading zones
• Equipment turned off when not in use
• Broadband reversing alarms
• Staff trained in noise-reducing practices
